Stephan is the Head of A&R and Production at Probity Music, with over 25 years of experience in music production and songwriting. He is widely respected for his ear—an instinctive ability to recognize what works, what lasts, and what sets a record apart. His production style is rooted in precision, feel, and originality, consistently delivering music that stands above the noise.

Publishing Coordinator
Alyssa Monroe is the Publishing Coordinator at Probity Music, where she manages the day-to-day operations that keep the company’s catalog organized, protected, and generating revenue. She oversees song registrations with performing rights organizations and publishing administrators, ensures all metadata is accurate, and tracks releases from creation through distribution.
She also supports licensing coordination, monitors royalty activity, and works closely with both creative and administrative teams to make sure every asset is properly handled and accounted for.
Alyssa brings a strong foundation in administration, with experience in rights management and royalty systems. She is highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive—able to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy across all areas of the business.
Known for her reliability and clear communication, she plays a key role in keeping Probity Music running smoothly behind the scenes. Her focus on structure, accountability, and execution helps ensure the company’s catalog is fully optimized and positioned for long-term value.
